Remove stale announcements

The remove stale announcements package deletes announcements erroneously left behind by an earlier version of the alert-propagation package.

Configuration

• Alerts Custom Metadata Set Name: Name of the Custom Metadata set to be used to check if announcements need to be retained.

What it does

1. Searches for assets that:
2. Have an announcement with the text "An upstream asset has an alert that potentially impacts this asset. Check the alert badges and tags for more detail."
3. Aren't tagged with the Alert:DQ tag
4. Aren't tagged with the Alert:Pipeline tag
5. Don't have the Upstream Pipeline Alert of the specified Alerts Custom Metadata Set that's set to 'YES'
6. Don't have the Upstream DQ Alert of the specified Alerts Custom Metadata Set that's set to 'YES'
7. Deletes the announcement
8. Prints out a count of the announcements removed
